How to add a shared mailbox to Outlook?

Step1:Open Outlook.

Step2:Choose the File tab in the ribbon.

Step3:Choose Account Settings, then select Account Settings from the menu.

Step4:Select the Email tab.

Step5:Make sure the correct account is highlighted, then choose Change.

Step6:Choose More Settings > Advanced > Add.

Step7:Type the shared email address, such as info@contoso.com.

Step8:Choose OK > OK.

Step9:Choose Next > Finish > Close.
