Forward all the emails sent to a user to an another user in Office 365

Step 1: Sign into your Outlook webmail

Step 2: Click on Settings gear icon on the top-right corner.

Step 3: Scroll down and click View all Outlook settings

Step 4: Navigate to Mail >> Forwarding.

Step 5: Check the Enable forwarding check box

Step 6: Enter the user’s email account to whom you would like to forward the emails

Step 7: Check the Keep a forwarded copy check box to leave a copy of the forwarded emails in your mailbox

Step 8: Click Save
