How to enable XML-RPC for wordpress via WP admin panel?

Step 1: Login to the wordpress admin panel.
Step 2: Choose “Settings” from the left side panel.
Step 3 : Click “Writting” option.
Step 4: Under Remote Publishing enable XML-RPC and click the check box to enable this feature.
Step 5: Click “save” to apply the changes.
