Step 1: login to the cPanel account.
Step 2: Select the Leech protection option under Security option.
Step 3: Select the up one level folder.
Step 4: Select any of the folder from the list.
Step 5: To click the Disable button to Disabling the Leech protection.
Step 6: To click the Enable button to Disabling the Leech protection.
