If you want to embed videos to your WordPress post, you can follow these simple steps that will learn you how to do that:
Step 1: Once you have logged into your WordPress administrative dashboard, navigate to Posts -> All Posts
Step 2: From the list with your posts, chose the one, where you want to insert an image or video and click on the Edit link
Step 3: In the Edit Post page, after you have placed the cursor in the text field on the place, where you want your media to be inserted click in the Add Media button
Step 4: Choose the Insert from URL section and in the text field place the URL link to the video or image file. After that click on the Insert Into post button below.
Step 5: Once you are ready with the changes in your post, save it by clicking on the Update button
