Step 1: Log in to the cPanel.
Step 2: Click on File Manager under Files panel.
Step 3: Select the directory where the file/folder is located.
Step 4: Select the files or folder and click Compress located at the top menu of the File Manager page.
Step 5: Select the compression type, enter the name of the compressed archive and click Compress File(s) button.
Step 6: Wait for the compression to finish. Once you see the results, click Close button.
Step 7: select the compressed file and download it from file manager.
