Step 1: Login to the cPanel.
Step 2: Find and click on ‘File Manager’, and at the ‘File Manager Director Selection’ pop-up
Step 3: Select ‘Home Directory’ and check ‘Show Hidden Files (dotfiles).’
Step 4: Click on ‘Go’
Step 5: Select ‘New File’, and at the ‘New File’ pop-up and enter .disable-sitesentry in ‘New File Name:’
Step 6: Click on ‘Create New File’
