To deny specific IP address or domain to access the website ,please follow the following steps :-
Step 1: Login to cPanel.
Step 2: Click on “IP deny manager” icon under “Security”.
Step 3: Enter the domain name or IP address which you want to block.
Step 4: Click on “ADD” and it will resolve the domain name to IP and enter in the blocked list.
Step 5: The specified domain will be blocked now.
