Step 1: Login to cPanel
Step 2: Select MySQL Databases under the section Databases
Step 3: To assign a new user to the database. Go to the option Add User to Database
Step 4: Select the users to be added from the drop-down list box
Step 5: Select the corresponding database from the drop-down list
Step 6: Click the option “Add button” after selecting the respective user and database
Step 7: Select the privileges for the user by clicking the checkbox “All privileges”
Step 8: Otherwise, few privileges can be selected for the users to access
Step 9: Once the privileges are assigned to the user, click the option “Make Changes”
