Oryon Networks has been my local web host for almost a year and I have 3 words to describe them; efficient, effective, and understanding.
The staff is efficient and they respond within minutes after I\'ve filed for a technical support request. What impressed me most was the time when a technical staff gave me a ring to guide me step by step through a technical process that I had difficulty with.
Not forgetting the customer service staff, they are willing to answer all queries and even made a provision for me. A year back I was a student who had problems with cheques or ibanking. Fortunately, provision was made, I\'ve settled payment, and I\'m glad that I made the right choice to sign up with Oryon.

I have used Oryon Networks for more than 3 years and I am quite pleased with their uptime. so far everything has been going very smoothly and I do not have any problem with them all. It is very unsual for a Singapore company to have such a high level of customer service quality. For those who had used other web hosting companies will know what I meant.
Oryon Networks has the best support and sales team available. I have never seen a web hosting company that replied to my mail in less than 2 minutes after midnight! Anyway, it's 2AM and I couldn't sleep so I was thinking about what marvelous websites and portals I could launch tomorrow. So I got a "brilliant" idea and I got up and went to my pc, log in into my orynet account and I realised that I maxed out my options, so I just fired out an email thinking that tomorrow either I'll finish my idea or I'll get another plan or provider and guess what??!? They replied to me FAST, I mean really really fast, it's 2:20 and the deal is done! I just hope they we're playing w3 and my e-mail beeped on their screen 'cause wasn't urgent at all.

i've used oryon for almost a month now and i'm quite pleased with the site uptime. myself has not seen a downtime yet, although from the posts of fellow members they have experienced a few. also, my site loads pretty fast too (maybe because it's light on resource load).
about their customer service:
towards sales enquiries:
replies came back within 10 minutes. very amazed and will give thumbs up for this.
towards technical problems:
i tried sending 2 technial enquiries through their website. the first came back in almost an hour, the second in half.
still, i must say it's rather fast to me.
bottomline:
for now i won't say that they're the cheapest but my overall rating for them would be 9/10.
if they had this referral program i'd refer my friends to oryon.
