Easy & Affordable Pricing

For company with less than 100 users, it will be $24 per user per year subject to a minimum of 5 users. For companies with 100 or more users, it will be $2 per user per month.

Email archiving is available at $4 per user per month or $48 per user per year.

Cloud Based Mail Servers

The mail service is hosted in different datacenters around the globe. Not only can the system handle multiple servers going offline, our Business Email service can handle entire datacenters going offline. Such redundancy ensures 100% uptime for your email accounts.

Spam & Virus Protection

In order to keep your systems safe from threats, emails received externally undergo aggressive spam and virus scans. In addition, you can have the option to manually blacklist IP, domain or email address for individual email or entire company account. Like wise, you can also setup safelist to allow trusted senders from being blacklisted due to spam filtering.

Note. In order to prevent outgoing spam, each outgoing mail is restricted to 250 recipients.

25GB Storage Per User

Generous diskspace for each user. The 25 GB mailboxes can hold up to many years of emails. There is no need to delete emails to make way for new messages.

Note. 25 GB is available as 25600 MB in the system.

50MB Attachments

With our enterprise email service, you will not have problem with large file attachments like photos and documents.

Additional Email Archiving

You can effortlessly back up every mailbox on your domain with email archiving. Backing your incoming mail and/or outgoing mail effortlessly. Unlimited storage is available which support rapid upscaling. 9 copies of each message are held across redundant cloud infrastructure in multiple data centers. Data is encrypted via DoD standards-based AES-256 algorithms.

Time Machine Daily Backup

Restore any email account to its what it was within the last 14 days. 14 backups in the past 14 days will be kept for you to restore at anytime. If you accidentally delete some mails on Monday and discover it on Thursday, you can restore the email account to Monday.

POP / IMAP Compatible

Enterprise Email allows users to use Outlook to view and manage mail. It is compatible with Microsoft Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, and Outlook 2011 for Mac. In addition, Entourage, Thunderbird, Mac Mail is supported.

Email Alias

An email alias is an email address that forwards email sent to it automatically to the associated mailbox or mailboxes. You can create mutliple email alias up to 50. For example, there are multiple users in a sales team, you can create sales@yourdomain.com so that email sent to sales@yourdomain.com will be forwarded to all users in the team.

Webmail Access

Enterprise Email gives you instant online access to email, calendars, contacts, tasks, and notes. The webmail access comes with a enterprise-class calendar application where you can create and manage multiple personal and shared calendars, set reminders and recurrences. There is also a task manager included for you to create multiple task lists featuring individual action items laid out with completion dates, notes area for task details.
