Domain Registration Policy

 

  • While Oryon Networks facilitates new domain name registrations, it is not responsible for the success of the new domain name registration if third-party information requested by the relevent registrars is not provided by the Oryon Networks 's customer. 

    Domain Name Registrations
  • While Oryon Networks makes best efforts to register the customer's preferred domain name according to the domain name registration plans available, Oryon Networks is not responsible for renewal, system errors in registration or domain name availability. 

    Non-refundable
  • All domain registrations are non-refundable. 

    Domain Name Registration Fees
  • Domain Name registration, renewal and re-instatement fees are imposed by relevent registrars upon the domain name owners.
  • The customer is fully responsible for maintaining their domain name(s)' "LIVE" status in the relevant registrar database by keeping timely payments with registrars and adhering to the relevant registrars terms and conditions.
  • Oryon Networks is NOT responsible for informing domain registrants or for paying for ANY domain name deletions or re-instatements that result from non-payment of registrars domain registration fees.

    Domain Name Modification and Contact Information
  • While Oryon Networks will assist with domain name modifications, Oryon Networks is NOT responsible for the successful completion of ANY domain name modifications
  • At all times, Oryon Networks is NOT responsible for the modification of ANY domain name contact (technical, billing or administration) details in ANY registrar registrar database
  • At all times, Oryon Networks is NOT responsible for recovery of domain names following domain name deletion
  • At all times, Oryon Networks is NOT responsible for successful transfer of a domain name from a third-party registrar or registrar service provider to Oryon Networks
  • Notwithstanding the above, the client's exclusive remedies for all damages, losses and causes of actions whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the aggregate dollar amount which client paid during the term of his domain name and any reasonable attorney's fee and court costs. 
  • The client is fully responsible for:
    • Timely payment of the registrar domain name fees
    • Maintaining accurate records in the registrar domain name database for his own domain name
    • Modification of ANY domain name contact details
    • Modification of the DNS of ANY domain name
